Certainly. That is one of the powerful features of the PriceWand Marketplace. Once you sign up, you can promote your service and expose yourself to a broad range of Customers. You can use the project management features to create and post a full profile so you remain visible to Customers in need of services.

There are no membership fees. Professionals have free access to all the tools and project management features available on the site. Hence, it's free to join, fill out and post a full profile, interact with Customers through the PriceWand Marketplace, forum, and blogs, and work for a Customer once a contract is sealed.

In the rare occasions, Customers may refuse payment for services rendered. In such an event, you can contact PriceWand which will try to help resolve the dispute in order to minimize the escalation of conflict. However, if customers are dissatisfied with the quality of work or outright refuse to make the payment, PriceWand cannot guarantee that Professionals will be paid the full rate specified in the contract. We can advise you to draft a contract that explicitly makes note of a fixed agreement and payment plan, so if your work is not compensated, you will have a number of legal options.

Professionals get 95% of the rate specified in the contract and PriceWand takes the remaining 5%. We accept payments through PayPal.

There is no cost to join. Neither the Customer nor the Professional pays anything to PriceWand in the sign up process. There are no fees associated with creating and posting profiles, contacting a potential business prospect, or negotiating on a contract.

A new Professional will always have to work a little harder and be a little bit more patient until the stream of Customers come flooding in. However, once you provide superb service and enhance your reputation, you will have no trouble attracting Customers. They will take note of your high ratings and positive Customer feedback.

You make the full payment to PriceWand, and PriceWand will in turn pay the Professional. We accept payment by credit card or PayPal, although PayPal is the preferable payment method. When a Customer makes a payment, the Professional receives 95% of the payment and PriceWand keeps the remaining 5%. This is true, whether the Customer pays in full or in part.

In the rare occasions, Professionals may breach the contract and refuse to refund their Customers. If such an event arises, give us a call and we will try to resolve any disputes. However, we cannot guarantee that services will be provided to the Customer's satisfaction. If the problem cannot be resolved in 7 business days, contact your credit card company and inform them of the situation. The majority of credit card companies provide a level of purchase protection. Also, make sure to assign the Professional a poor rating and provide feedback on your experience to ensure others in the PriceWand community become aware of the occurrence.

Contacting a Professional is easy. Click on the "Find Professionals/Detail Quote" link, and then enter your zip code and select a category. Once you have selected a category, you will be taken to a page where you can choose the type of installation you prefer and provide a detailed quote. And then you can click "Go" and a list of Professionals who match your criteria will display. Then, you can select a member profile and choose the "Invite Professional" link to contact them.
